Technomicro is a composite microfiber material created from strands that are so fine, each one is less than one thousand  the thickness of silk. These fibres act like natural leather skin, but with the advantage of better strength, softer texture and lighter weight. Technomicro is also water resistant, highly resistant to abrasion and tearing and is easy to clean and maintain. Technomicro doesn t stain and offers reduced weight, more flexibility and a better feel than leather or other synthetic material boots. For rider comfort, the boots have an articulated padded arch panel for maximum comfort and a Nylon inner sole with removable arch support pad.Inside the Boots there is an abrasion resistant, antimicrobial Cambrelle liner with a perforated Teflon treated nylon lining which will provide improved ventilation. Cambrelle is the worlds leading footwear lining, offering comfort, abrasion resistance, and moisture management through bi-component fibres. The fabrics used in the creation of the lining are able to effectively disperse moisture, which helps prevent the development of stains, the build up of bacteria, mildew, rot and also odour inside the Shoe. The lining is resistant to abrasion, adaptable to different types of motion and is able to offer the highest level of comfort possible by created a stable microclimate inside the Footwear. The lining is able to transport moisture away from the foot, storing it away and releasing it back into the environment when the footwear is removed. The moisture management of this lining is highly efficient, capable of absorbing three and a half times its own weight in moisture, keeping the feet cool, dry and comfortable. These boots are built to last, with fully replaceable, micro-adjustable fastening system provides the perfect fit, first time, every time.For rider safety, the boots have an internal inner and outer ankle protective reinforcement cups with a fully encapsulated heel cup. There are external plastic malleolus guard with closed cell foam padding to protect smaller foot bones and an internal inner, an outer ankle protective caps and double stitching in high stress areas to increase durability. Due to the high amount of protection on offer, these Boots have been able to achieve CE certification.Additional features include a replaceable Nylon Toe scuff pad, a dual compound sole and a DuPont polymer toe shift pad. DuPont Kevlar is a heat-resistant and strong synthetic fibre which is highly cut/abrasion resistant. DuPont Kevlar is used in a variety of clothing, accessories, and equipment to help make them safer and more durable. With five times the strength of steel based on an equal weight basis, it s the go-to fibre for protective apparel and accessories.
