Tasting Notes The Harvey Nichols Signature Mix Trio marries three of our bestselling wines: our Rouge Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé. All the wines are sourced from top-quality vineyards and made exclusively for us by passionate and talented winemakers. Smartly packaged in a bespoke gift box this would make a great gift for any wine lover. Our Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp dry and varietal expression that displays aromas of elderflower grapefruit and cut grass on the nose with a light crisp and refreshing quality on the palate. In contrast our Rouge Vin de Pays d'Oc is an unoaked blend of southern French red varieties that is attractively fruity and sweetly perfumed on the nose with a juicy and freshly balanced palate displaying generous berry fruit and subtle savoury notes. To complement the trio our Rosé is graced with subtle engaging notes of dried flora red fruit and mixed herbs leading to understated flavours of raspberry ripple strawberry shortcake and an assortment of regional spices.
