Description
Sinn Watch 140 St S. 140.030 Bracelet Known as their space chronograph, the Sinn 140 St S watch is one of the brand’s most illustrious models that has gone down in both watchmaking and space flight history. German physicist and astronaut Reinhard Furrer wore one of the 140 models during the D-1 Spacelab mission in 1985, demonstrating that not only could automatic watches function in a weightless environment but that Sinn watches had mastered the art of reliable and accurate design. Powered by the Sinn self winding mechanism SZ01, this Sinn 140 ST S watch boasts a striking black coated stainless steel case that has been crafted with scratch resistant TEGIMENT technology and uses the Sinn D3-System on both the push pieces and crown. The matte black dial looks striking below the sapphire crystal glass with anti reflective treatment, and like most Sinn watches, the dial is adorned with indices, hands and numerals coated in luminescent material for easy legibility. To complete the look of the timepiece, a black coated stainless steel bracelet and folding buckle is added.
