Offering a firm, yet comfortable support, the Wool Deluxe mattress is upholstered in a luxurious damask fabric and combines British wool and body-contouring pocket springs. That mattress features a hand tufted finish; a traditional method thats applied by passing tapes through it at regular intervals and securing them on both sides with woollen tufts. This ensures its deep fillings, such as British wool, high-density polyester support layers and soft poly cotton comfort layers are held securely in place for a smooth surface. A popular choice with high-end mattress manufacturers, natural wool fillings have the ability to disperse excess moisture away from the body for a cooler nights sleep. The core of the mattress features an interior made up of small diameter pocket springs with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve and free of surrounding springs.
