Our grooming kit for small animals is great for removing knots and creating a healthier looking coat. Small animals like guinea pigs and hamsters will love being preened and pampered with our grooming kit, and it's a great way to bond with your pet. Gently brush in the direction of the coat, careful not to damage their delicate skin. Brushing helps to stimulate the skin and distribute natural oils to create a healthier, shinier coat. Grooming also removes dead and matted hair as well as dirt, debris and dust. Removing long hair will also reduce the risk of ingested hair that can create internal blockages. Not only this, but grooming provides the perfect time to examine your pet for signs of infection or injury.Included is a mini double-sided comb - use the coarse teeth first to tease out knots and tangles, especially in longer coats, and finish with the fine teeth. Also included is a mini slicker - this is ideal for removing dead and matted hair, especially from the undercoat.
