Sitting at the heart of the new Force AXS groupset, the developments in chain design are what has enabled SRAM to move to a 12-speed system with all the benefits that bring. The striking Flattop design adds strength and durability to the narrow chain whilst also looking very clean. The chain uses a newly designed Flattop specific PowerLink for convenience, and the inner link plates and rollers have been hard chrome plated for reduced wear.
