Both are easy and fast to secure, and allow you to easily adjust your fit even when riding• Sculpted footbed with supportive heel helps increase blood flow and ensures that every power watt goes directly into your pedal for maximum performance output• These cycle shoes are compatible with both Look Keo and Shimano SPD-SL cleat designs as well as Sundrieds D4.5, D1 and R0 cleats.
