Description
Inspired by the puffy jackets horse breeders wore at her boyfriend's stables, Coco Chanel began adding quilted details to the garments and bags of her 1955 collection. And, after Victoire De Castellane took over the helm of the label's jewellery in the 80s, she imprinted this design onto the front of earrings and necklaces in her honour. Part of this archival collection, and rediscovered by Susan Caplan, was these interlocking CC clip-on earrings crafted using gold-plated metal.| Susan Caplan yellow gold-plated clip-on earrings100% mixed metal alloy; plating 100% yellow goldInterlocking C design, polished finish, 1995 designDimensions: Width 2.5cm, length 2cmPlease use a soft, dry polishing clothMade in FrancePlease note that vintage jewellery is second-hand and may include minor defects. We regret that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty
