Born from an idea of chef Saulo Della Valle, DIY is the new table ice cream maker consisting of a bowl in Bone China, where to insert ice and salt, a mix that increases the refrigerating power of the ice itself, and a smaller bowl in steel, with a stone-washed finish, used to hold the basic liquid mixture of ice cream, to be placed in the larger bowl. To obtain a single portion of instant ice cream, it will then be necessary to turn the mixture for a few seconds to solidify.
