The shade consists of a 100% degradable biomaterial that is free of toxic substances or petroleum. Through the novel production in the 3D printer, it is thus possible to achieve a previously unprecedented design language. The light is generated by warm-white LEDs inside the shade and emitted gently and evenly into the surroundings through the checkerboard honeycomb pattern. A remote control is included for convenient light switching.
