Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply. Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent. Wash off as per your normal shower ritual. *An alternative method for use in the shower. Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & slowly and let the warm air release the SLEEP TIGHT scent. Breathe in deeply and out slowly. 2 - WAY Use as a BATH OIL.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath. Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the calming benfits of the TARIO SLEEP TIGHT scent. 3 - WAY Target stiff and achy muscles with a body massage.
