Constructed from SPCC steel, a commercial quality cold rolled steel, it boasts three gas burners with push and piezo ignition and a large enamelled cast-iron cooking surface with a warming rack. The cupboard under the cooking chamber provides neat storage for a gas cylinder up to 11kg in size. Mounted on four swivel casters, two of which are lockable for stability, this large barbecue can easily be manoeuvred. With three continuously adjustable gas burners, one of which is a power zone burner for high-temperature searing, it creates a versatile outdoor cooking station. Alternatively, lower the temperature and close the hood for more gentle, slower cooking of larger pieces of meat. It has a built-in thermometer that allows you to monitor the temperature in the cooking chamber. The enamelled cast iron cooking surface has a circular centre that lifts out and can be replaced with various optional inserts, known as a grid-in-rid system. The working height is 85cm that offers you a comfortable stance. Two side shelves provide useful storage and can be folded down when not in use for space-saving storage.
