Designed with input from The North Face’s athlete team, the Men’s Summit VECTIV Pro 2 is a race-day performance running shoe. However, its potential for speed doesn’t mean a compromise on comfort. The part-recycled and high-tenacity engineered yarn upper is seamless and breathable, with an internal debris bootie integrated with the tongue to create a foot-hugging feel and a secure fit. The midsole is where the Summit VECTIV Pro 2 really shines. The ultralight DREAM foam offers a super-high rebound and a cushioned feel, which works with the propulsion rocker geometry for a smooth and fast effect. The VECTIV 2.0 midsole also contains a full-length carbon-fibre plate with stability wings and a forked design in the heel and forefoot for increased stability on uneven or technical terrain. The high-traction Surface Control rubber outsole provides you with further confidence on the trails thanks to the multidirectional 3.5mm lugs.
