Description
The Toffee Shop's premium fudge is handmade in small batches from butter, sugar and milk to a traditional recipe. Once cooked, the fudge is poured into cooling trays and then cut by hand into slabs.
The Toffee Shop, based in Penrith, Cumbria was originally opened by the Furnass family just after the First World War and has been run by three families, but is currently owned by Neil and Pat Boustead. In all that time the recipe they use is still the original, and has never been altered.
