Our Thermaseal Foil Joining Tape is designed to enable you to fully tape and seal Multifoil Insulation. It boast a high tack adhesive backing, alongside the true aluminium outer layer - so it holds securely in place. This tape is commonly used when customers have installed Multifoil Insulation in their roofs, on their walls, in garden rooms and conservatories. For most of the installation methods, we advise overlapping the multifoil insulation by around 50mm and then taping over the overlap and also around the perimeter. The beauty of this tape is that it acts as a high performing vapour control layer, preventing the passage of moisture. We recommend purchasing one roll of Foil Tape for every 30 square meters of Multifoil Insulation.Commonly installed alongside EcoQuilt Expert, SuperQuilt Insulation, SuperQuilt Trade Insulation, Airtec Double Insulation.
