Grow something deliciously different with 'Albina Vereduna' White Beetroot seeds! The globe-shaped beets have a fabulous flavour that far exceeding most red beetroots, and you avoid the purple staining and colour bleeding too. Globe Beetroot 'Albina Vereduna is a much more acceptable vegetable on the dinner plant, especially when served with fish or poultry. The curved and wavy top leaf is high in vitamins and can also be served like spinach.Sow your Beetroot seeds from spring to early summer very thinly in drills 3cm (1in) deep in rows 30cm (12in) apart. When the seedlings are large enough to handle thin them out gradually to 10cm (4in) apart. The later thinnings will be large enough to use in a salad.
