Beetroot Rainbow Beet contains the following varieties:Subeto F1 Hybrid – Red-purple roots, purple stems, green leavesBoldor – Yellow-orange roots, yellow stems, bright green leavesChioggia – Red-Pink ‘Bullseye’ roots, pink stems, green leavesAlbina Vereduna – White roots, pale green stems and leavesBull’s Blood Scarletta – Dark burgundy roots, purple stems and leaves Direct sow beetroot seeds outdoors from March to July in a weed free, sunny position in fertile, light, well drained soil. Sow beetroot seeds thinly in shallow drills at a depth of 1cm (1/2") and 30cm (12") apart. Germination will usually take 12 to 24 days.
