Cauliflower 'White Step' is a compact variety perfect for small gardens. It produces solid, pure white curds about 10cm (4") in diameter, making them an ideal 2-portion size. With good heat tolerance, these cauliflower plants transplant well in the summer for harvesting from September onwards. When spaced closely, 'White Step' yields smaller heads, perfect for single servings. Height: 30cm (12"). Spread: 45cm (18").
