Thompson & Morgan Hyacinth Midnight Mystic 3 Bulbs
Description
Hyacinth ‘Midnight Mystic’ is a rare and highly sought-after variety, with large flower heads which are densely packed with sumptuous almost-black blooms which emit a powerful, sweet fragrance. A breakthrough in breeding, Thompson & Morgan spent 16 years developing just three mother bulbs to result in this striking, mysterious hyacinth with heavenly scent. Launched to a frenzy of interest at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2005, this variety is the first and original black Hyacinth and is still hugely popular for its excellent garden performance. This gorgeous variety is available in our range again due to popular demand, you won’t find it available anywhere else! Try it in contemporary silver pots or grow it in beds and borders – give it a prominent position so it’s on show for everyone to enjoy!Grow hyacinths in moist, fertile well drained soil in sun or semi shade.
