Create a buzz of pollinating bees, insects and butterflies which are attracted to beautiful blooms.Grow sedum in a sunny position in fertile, well drained, non-acidicic soil that has been enriched with well-rotted manure or garden compost. Cut back the old stems and foliage of spreading stonecrop plants after flowering to maintain their shape. Sedum is drought tolerant once fully established.
