This easy to grow climbing mini melon plant is popular with top chefs and celebs alike so is a must have this season in your garden! Grow in a sunny border, on a patio or in the green-house. The grape sized fruits are small and plentiful and taste of cucumber with a hint of lime. Delicious! Definitely a talking point, this lush climber will readily scramble over obelisks or other structure. Contain to a height of 8 feet of under for maximum fruit produc-tion.Sow seed on the surface of a free draining compost and cover with about 6mm (1/4 in) of compost or vermiculite. Place in a propagator at 21 -24C (70 – 75F) until germination, then reduce to 18C (65F). Germination may take up to 21 days.Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots. Plant out, one plant per 25cm (10in) container or 2 plants per growbag. Can also be planted outdoors in a sunny spot in late May/ June once all risk of frost has passed.
