Reddish-purple skinned tubers with a knobbly texture. Jerusalem Artichoke plants produce high yields, and some can be left in the ground for the following year to harvest. Very versatile when cooked, they can be roasted, baked or sautéed. Height: 3m (10'). Spread: 90cm (36").Grow plugs on in cool but frost-free conditions and plant out when all danger of frost has passed.. Plant 30cm (12") apart, leave 90cm (3') between rows.
