Cauliflower ‘Depurple’ is an unusual and visually stunning variety, producing lavender purple head that are certain to give your dinner guests a surprise! The florets have a wonderful sweet and buttery flavour when steamed lightly and will even have kids enjoying their veg too. Like many cauliflower varieties, these also freeze well, so you can enjoy the bright colours through the Autumn!Remove the plants from packaging immediately in receipt. Water if the compost is dry. Once planted water well to help settle the soil. Plant in a well-drained soil in a position where it can get plenty of sun. Plant 45cm (18”) between plants and then 60cm (24”) between rows.
