Tikkurila Luja Universal Primer is a mould-resistant primer for humid spaces, such as bathrooms and high use kitchens. Applying this undercoat before applying Luja topcoat paint ensures a durable finish that will provide protection against steam, moisture and repeated cleaning and scrubbing. Tikkurila Luja Primer is quick drying and is recoatable within 2 hours. It cam be applied to multiple surfaces including concrete, brick, cardboard, chipboard and wood fibre board surfaces.This is a water-based solution with low VOCs.
