Rostex Super Metal Primer is a solvent-based, anti-corrosive primer paint for metal surfaces with a special binding agent that is intended for professional trade use rather than home improvement projects." There are three undercoat colours to choose from (Grey., Red and Black). Use on zinc-coated steel and roughened aluminium surfaces (including roofs, gutters, down pipes, and railings), as well as copper, brass, and stainless steel. Leaves a matt (6-10% sheen) finish and an adhesive surface layer for subsequent painting.Rostex Super Akva is an oil-based primer that can be followed by other alkyd paints (for example, Miranol, Unica, and Panssarimaali) or water-based paints (such as Panssari Akva).Touch dry in 2 - 4 hours under normal conditions and re-coatable in 6 hours for oil-based paints or 48 hours for water-based paints.
