The kits are sent out flat packed & timbers are cut to size from high quality, pressure treated timber to withstand the outdoor elements. The gazebo kits come in a beautiful tanalised finish as standard & includes fasteners you need to assemble the frame together. Roof Options Frame Only Kit - If you wish to install a roof system of your choice such as lightweight roof tiles, you can order a frame only kit. Timber Featheredge Slatz - Suitable to provide sunshade. The feather edge slats are 125mm & screw fixed with an overlap, please note that wooden roofs are not waterproof. Exterior Ply & Dark Grey/Black Felt Shingle - All year waterproofing & aesthetically pleasing roof system. All of the timber we use is pressure treated & does not require stain or paint to protect it from the outdoor elements. The corner posts are supplied oversized at 8ft, allowing you the flexibility to concrete them in or cut down to a preferred length for freestanding installs or securing into 6x6 base plates (base plates not included in the kit). If you are planning to stain or paint the gazebo frame it will accept most types of wood oils, paint, stain & water repellent treatments. Assembly Information The kit is ideal to be constructed by keen DIY person(s) or experienced tradesmen. When attempting to build the kit, please allow as much time as you can & look through the assembly guide to fully familiarise yourself. The kit arrives flat pack with cut to size timber ready to be assembled together with the fasteners provided.
