It features a seasoned cast iron body with a nitriding hardened surface, which is nitrogen fused with metal to create an ultra-tough construction that ensures the wok is built to last. A robust riveted stainless steel handle provides quality comfort and control to ensure convenient cooking. With excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, this Titan wok will give you great cooking results. Environmentally friendly, this wok is free from PFOA lead and cadmium, with no harmful toxins. Suitable for all hob types, including induction and is grill and oven safe up to 250C. Hand wash is recommended, not dishwasher safe.
