Each pan includes a superior non-stick coating that requires minimal oil for virtually fat free cooking. The thick forged aluminium constructed body retains the heat during cooking and is made up of scratch resistant and hard wearing materials that are bonded with a steel coated base, suitable for use on all hob types including induction.
