The vegetable slicer has a unique and patented parabolic blade. The special blade shape mimics the rocking movement and smooth cut of a chef’s knife and achieves an unrivalled cutting performance. It comes with a a safety holder and two double-sided inserts for 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm slices and 4 mm julienne. The easily interchangeable inserts are safely stored inside the slicer.
