Start in the middle of the lash, move outward to where your lashes end. For added definition line above lashes. For a smoldering one step smokey eye, apply 24-Hour Eye Shadow and Liner all over lid starting in the inner corner of the eye and moving across the lash line, bringing the colour up to the crease.
