Description
These tulips are the more traditional type that you will remember from your child-hood, they are the more recognisable global shape with almond shaped petals, in a mix of fantastic bright colours. The flowers make great cut-flower for your vases and floral arrangements. The tulips will erupt into colour from mid to late spring, creating a riot of colour in your beds, borders and patio containers. Tulip bulbs need to be planted up late summer or early autumn, in moist well-drained, preferably in a sunny position. Ideally the bulbs should be planted in a position that is well sheltered from our cold UK winds, so the flowers are not decimated. Plant the bulbs 15cm deep and 13cm apart.
