Description
∽ touch and find your own calm ∽ Beautifully designed Kalma Ring with two sophisticated interlocking structures embracing moving stones can bring calm and greater balance into your life when you find yourself overwhelmed by daily demands, stressed or exhausted. The delicate and charming ring can be used as a self-care tool to calm yourself by engaging in a brief and simple mindfulness meditation practice that can be easily incorporated into your daily life whenever you remember or whenever you touch the ring. Each piece of jewellery comes with a specially designed guided audio mindfulness meditation, which will teach you how to use the piece in order to find your own calm. All Kalma jewellery is designed and made to last using sustainable and ethical methods and materials. Gold is a beautiful precious metal that does need a little love and care to keep it at its best. Gold will naturally tarnish with exposure to the air, environment, perfumes, moisturisers, hairspray and soaps. These are obviously a fact of life so regular cleaning will help keep your ring sparkling. As tarnishing is a natural process you can either accept it as part of the ageing process of your jewellery or you could try to prevent it and eventually remove it when desired. We advise you put your jewellery on after applying hair products, hand and body creams, perfume and make-up. Remove rings when washing your hands and avoid swimming and bathing while wearing jewellery. As the structure is relatively thin, jewellery is quite delicate. Precious metals are soft and can distort if squeezed or twisted. Repeated twisting may cause cracking and repeated abrasion may cause permanent changes to the surface. All jewellery should be removed when engaging in activities. We also recommend you put on the jewellery last when dressing and take it off first when undressing as well as we highly recommend removing jewellery before going to sleep.
