The Baracuta x Vans Old Skool “Tartan Checkerboard” is a collaboration between the United Kingdom-based apparel brand and Vans that brings an English heritage look to the skate shoe. Joining a Vans Sk8-Hi, the Old Skool in “Tartan Checkerboard” arrives with a tartan plaid print on either side of the canvas base. The toe, eyelets, wavy side stripe, and heel are designed in black leather. White laces appear over the tongue to balance out the look. Finishing details include a brown “Vans” tab on the side, and a cream rubber sole with a brown “Off the Wall” license plate on the back.
