Designed by Vans pro rider Mary Rand Vans and women’s snowboard powerhouse Mary Rand have reunited once again to create a fresh take on the Ferra Pro, a snowboard boot developed to meet the demands of the female rider. For the 2019/20 season, the Ferra Pro has been updated with a unique floral colourway, inspired by the global team rider’s favourite design elements of classic flash tattoo art. Outer Boot The V2 WaffleFlex is a lightweight and flexible outsole that combines a weight-reducing UltraCush midsole with metatarsal flex grooves. This improves the board feel and has a natural flex. Liner The V2 Ultracush Smartwool® Liner is a heat-moldable inner boot and features an UltraCush interior layer for premium cushioning. The Smartwool® Merino wool keeps your feet dry and the updated X-Cage design offers superior heel hold. The V2 Popcush footbed features an advanced 3D-moulded anatomical shape. The Nylex top sheet with airflow perforations provides a comfortable climate in the boot. Lacing The Hybrid Boa® System offers the familiar feel of traditional lacing combined with the super-fast and reliable performance of the Boa system. The Boa® lacing focuses on the critical instep area of the boot, providing a rock-solid heel hold.
