The FDMTL x Vans OG Authentic LX "Parisian Night" uses Japanese patchwork in the memorable special-edition shoe. Launched in 2018, Tokyo brand FDMTL incorporates indigo-dyed patchwork and sashiko embroidery across the entire upper. The result is an intricate pattern that has a premium air about it. The same pattern on one shoe is mirrored on the other, and the indigo fades and the fabric rips with wear and tear. This marks the third time the two brands have collaborated.
