Nigerian-American brand Dobale joins forces with Vans Vault for a collection which pays homage to the vibrant and sunny culture of Lagos – where founder and artist Ade Okuboyejo grew up. A slightly more refined addition to the capsule, these Classic Slip-On LX sneakers feature plush black suede uppers, detailed with hits of green, blue and red as a nod to the Lagos State Flag, while the signature high foxing tape is styled with the Ikoyi street curb’s black and white checkers. Then, underfoot, there’s a super-comfy UltraCush™ footbed and a classic rubber sole, which is accented with a bright sun graphic to tie-in the collection’s name – Forever Sunny in Ikoyi.
