On the Surf Supply Slip-On Platform SF, an iconic low top shoe gets the addition of a platform base and Karina's custom star embroidery across the heel. Made with the Vans Surf SF build, this comfortable slip-on style also includes sturdy canvas uppers, UltraCush Lite drop-in sockliners for elevated cushioning, lightweight and flexible single-wrap foxing tape, and durable rubber outsoles with the Vans classic waffle pattern.
