A layer of rich milk chocolate combined with pistachio paste is sandwiched between two layers of decadent white chocolate also laced with pistachio paste. This pistachio version of Venchi's traditional Cremino bar is a soft, delicately nutty, melt-in-the-mouth delight, particularly when served with creamy coffee, sweet Sherry or Speyside whisky. Silviano Venchi started to make chocolate back in the 1800s at the tender age of sixteen. His little shop in the city of Cuneo in Piedmont became renowned for the chocolate jewels he created using only the highest quality ingredients.
