Designed with a sharp, durable stainless steel blade, the Swiss Modern Carving Knife from Victorinox takes care of your Sunday roast. The blade is counterbalanced with a streamlined ergonomic handle for comfortable holding and use. Efficient and effortless to use, the knife is ideal for carving larger joints as well as dicing a pork shoulder or slicing roast beef or a steak. When you've finished carving, the knife is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. In support of the government initiative to tackle knife crime, we're no longer selling kitchen knives online, so please visit our shops. We have removed kitchen knife stock from the shop floor in all of our stores and replaced them with point-of-sale hang cards to ensure the safety of our Partners and customers. Customers must select the hang card of the required kitchen knife and show a Partner who will assist in obtaining the item from the stockroom.
