This board can handle everything from sidehits at the edge of the piste to powder runs in the backcountry and fast carving turns.ShapeThe tapered directional shape is perfect for all-mountain and freeriding. The nose is slightly wider than the tail for controlled turns and more float in deep snow.ProfileThe traditional camber profile consists of only one positive camber from nose to tail. This profile offers high stability, good edge control and plenty of pop. However, camber boards tend to catch edge more easily than other profiles.FlexThe medium flex is ideal for the all-mountain design of this board. Hard enough for powerful turns but still soft enough for a playful rideConstructionFor the Ultralight wood core, Vimana uses ultralight poplar wood that grows near the factory. The sintered 7200 base is one of the fastest pads at the moment and can hold a lot of wax. Additional carbon core from the nose to the tail increases the stiffness and pop of the board and reduces vibrations.
