Description
Vinca Periwinkle Minor Alba is a hardy evergreen shrub. This variety is great for filling empty spaces in the garden as is mainly used for groundcover that also makes a great weed suppressant. With long prostrate shoots bearing neat ovate leaves and single white flowers from spring to early autumn. Height: 50cm (20”). Spread: 60cm (24”). Periwinkle is a particularly tough plant and will thrive in any garden position, provided that the soil isn't dry. Pruning Periwinkle is best undertaken in spring when they can be cut back hard to restrict their growth.
