The interior back wall is coated in a black decor, while the front is decorated with nice appliques and numbers. The drawers are easy to open thanks to the cut-out handles and are both mounted on metal runners for a smooth opening and closing. A matching Alex Series single bed is also included as part of this furniture set. The frame of the bed is made of high-quality MDF with a coated-black finish, while the head and footboard are made of sturdy, solid pine wood. The bed has the same planed, brushed and stained surface as the bedside table and the front is decorated with similar appliques and numbers. Due to the metal corner braces, the bed is only suitable for stiff, slatted bed frames and not for roll-out frames. A matching under-bed storage drawer is also included in the delivery. The front of the drawer is made of solid pine wood, while the frame is made of high-quality MDF with a coated-black finish. The casters enable smooth operation of the drawer and the solid base means that the drawer can be used as an additional storage space.
