Description
William Morris designed Marigold and registered it as a wallpaper in 1875. The pattern features large marigold flowers nestled among sprays of willow-like leaves. Later in 1875, Morris registered the design as a printed cotton, making it one of just three designs he intended to produce as both a textile and wallpaper. Marigold Metallic Champagne showcases this well-known motif in a lovely light cream tone, which is wonderfully complemented by a metallic gold backdrop, adding emphasis and allure to this magnificent design.
