Upholstered in a premium viscose fabric, the OrthoCare mattress combines body responsive pocket springs and layers of natural fillings. The mattress features a traditional hand tufted finish A process thats applied by passing nylon tapes through the mattress at regular intervals. Woollen tufts are then fitted to both sides of the mattress. This ensures the deep layers of fillings retain their fullness and plumpness over time. Nature has supplied us with all we need to produce top quality mattresses, so fillings such as wool, silk and cashmere are included. Natural fillings help to regulate temperatures by drawing moisture away from the sleepers body, resulting in a fresh sleeping environment. At the core of the mattress is a pocket spring interior; a sleep system made up of small diameter springs housed within their own cloth sleeve. This flexibility means the load on one coil is not affected by any surrounding springs, resulting in piston-like support to each part of your body. Designed to be dual-sided, we recommend that the mattress is rotated and flipped over on a regular basis to enhance its support and comfort.
