The OrthoCare divan bed features a sumptuous mattress that blends deep layers of natural fillings with body responsive pocket springs. The mattress is fully upholstered in a premium viscose fabric and benefits for a hand tufted finish that ensures the fillings stay firmly in place. Internally, the mattress is made up of deep layers of natural fillings such as wool, silk and cashmere, plus body responsive pocket springs. Natural fillings help to regulate temperatures by drawing moisture away from the sleepers body, resulting in a fresh sleeping environment. The core of the mattress is made up of small diameter pocket springs with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve and free of surrounding springs. This flexibility means the load on one coil is not affected by any surrounding springs, resulting in piston-like support to each part of your body. A flat rod-edge metal frame is fitted to the perimeter to ensure the integrity of the springs and allow you the full use of the mattress width. Designed to be dual-sided, we recommend that you rotate and flip the mattress over on a regular basis for enhanced support and comfort. With the divan base theres a wide selection of fabrics and colours to choose from, plus a selection of storage options and base types too. Please Note: Headboard is not included
