A popular and simple method for preparing coffee. How to use: spoon some coarsely-ground coffee into the cafetière. Each spoon of coffee corresponds to one cup. If the coffee is too finely ground, it can clog the filter and create high pressure in the glass when pressed down. The coffee should be brewed with hot water only and not boiling water. 3cm of space should be left between the coffee and the top edge of the cafetière. Stir the coffee with a plastic spoon (a metal spoon may damage the glass container). The coffee should be left to sit for at least four minutes. Once it is done, the coffee can be pressed down using a little effort, poured and enjoyed! All of the parts are dishwasher-safe. The sieve should occasionally be screwed off and cleaned.
