Rugosa Collection was born from my fascination with one particular zucchini, which has grown in my garden. I am a passionate gardener and in the back of my studio I run a small bio-diverse garden where I grow my vegetables. When my Rugosa zucchini grew last year, I immediately fell in love with its irregular folds. Designs based on its crazy organic form immediately popped up in my head. This could not be any more authentic organic shapes. In the following photos, you can see the culprit of this collection. From this zucchini, I took prints for objects from the Rugosa Collection. Rugosa Earrings are very comfortable to wear. Very original organic design printed from a real Rugosa zucchini. Made out of oxidized Sterling Silver. Clean with a damp cleaning cloth, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, hand cream and soap. Best to keep the piece when not worn in attached sealing bag.
