For this, Timberland assembled a team of Future Makers to reimagine its icon through their own lens of bold innovation. Each collective capsule is designed as a window into the brand's legacy, reimagined for the future. Brooklyn-based Nina Chanel Abney is best known for her bold and distinctive capture of contemporary culture. Abney found that by working at the Timberland headquarters in New Hampshire, she became inspired by the materials and colours as she sketched. Her Future73 collection reflects her love of urban living and her passion for being in nature; melding fashion with hiking, and style with function. Such blending can be found in these joggers that incorporate heavy workwear suspenders and work-inspired cargo pockets alongside traditional jogger details.
