Functionality

A fifth generation BMS Smart Battery System monitors your battery, sending updates to the Mi Home App so you are aware if there are any problems.

Easily paired to your scooter via Bluetooth, the app is your smart driving assistant equipped with a remote locking system, key rider data and allows you to customise the cruise control settings.

Durable

Finished off with new generation 8.5 pneumatic tyres, the Pro 2 is the perfect electric scooter. Highly puncture resistant and robust, the durability of the tyres has been increased by up to 3 times.

A great advancement which means the Pro 2 is not restricted to smooth tarmac and can be used to explore gravel and dirt roads.

Slime Puncture Protection

For greater tyre protection, we offer the optional service of adding puncture protection liquid to your tyres. Doing so coats the tread area of the inner tube with sealant, protecting against punctures up to 3mm deep.

Warranty Detail

As an official UK stockist of Xiaomi, all Xiaomi e-scooters bought from Halfords come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty which covers everything including the battery and electronics.

Q. What’s not covered under warranty

Water damage- do not ride in the rain or through puddles which can cause water damage to internal parts.
Damage caused by misuse (e.g. crash damage).
Damage caused by usage outside of the recommended or intended use, for example, usage by a person over the recommended weight (100kg).
E-scooters that have been altered or modified from the manufacturer’s original specifications.
Maintenance of consumable parts such as inner tubes, tyres and brake pads.

Q. What to do if you have a problem

If you experience any problems whilst your scooter is under warranty, please contact the Xiaomi UK helpline on 0800 9160561 or through uk@xiaomi.com so that they can diagnose the issue. If your scooter requires a repair, Xiaomi will collect, repair or replace the scooter.
Warranty repairs are carried out by SBE on behalf of the manufacturer.

Before first use, the e-scooter needs to be activated on a smartphone via the Xiaomi Home App.
Please download the Xiaomi Home App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
