YORK BARBELL C32FT FUNCTIONAL TRAINER The York Barbell C32FT is a great value for money Functional Trainer. Also know as a Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) this compact machine offers 2 x 90kg weight stacks with a ratio 2:1. The advantage of owning a DAP is that it can replicate natural movement under resistance. This helps develop stronger muscles used for everyday tasks as well as precise muscles used in specific sports. Both pulleys offer 15 different height positions and are easily adjusted by a simple pop pin. At the rear of the machine are hooks that are used to hang accessories such as a long bar and a short bar. Accessories are attached to the pulleys by a carabiner clip and so are compatible with many other training accessories. A chin up bar provides multi grip options for you to do a range of pull ups including wide, narrow and neutral grip.
